CONVERSATION

PT. Grapari is helding a test intervew for their employee candidate

Ulu      : Good afternoon, sir.

HRD   : Good afternoon, please take your sit.

Ulu      : Thank you.

HRD   : Okay, let start with introducing yourself briefly!

Ulu     : Okay, my name is Ulu, i lived in Jl. Slalu Tersenyu. I’am graduated from Senior High School Negeri 1 Tersenyum

HRD   : What do you know about Grapari Telkomsel?

Ulu     : Grapari Telkomsel is a dedicated center customer service for Telkomsel Sim Card Customer. In this place, customer can report about network problem that occured their places, change their numbers, re-active (un-blocking) number that has been blocked for some reason and registered their self as a new user Telkomsel sim card.

HRD   : How do you treat a customer that impatience in the queue?

Ulu    : I will tell the customer to be patience, and queueing accordance to their ticket number, explicate the customer that our staff is doing their best to solve their customer problem and speed up the processes and explain to the customer that there is not only one customer that has this common problem

HRD   : Okay, then how you treat our customer that are complaining about their internet network that we slowing down

Ulu      : I will ask to the customer, are they have changed their network setting on their phone to the 4G LTE network, or is their internet package are still active
HRD   And how do you handle the problem if the customer has changed they preffered network to 4G, but still have slow internet connection?

Ulu      : If this are the case, then i gonna check the customer sim card with data that connected in Grapari server that provided by the company, i also check the compabillity of the phone ir self. It’s support 4G network or not

HRD   : If you find the problems, how you tell it?

Ulu      : I will explained to the customer clearly about their problems and the solutions that we provide for their case

HRD   : What are you’re excess?

Ulu      : I’am responsible to my duty, i’am a punctual and conscientious person, i can handle customer kindly and communicative
